Our dosis deposit methods for IDR players
We accept six major pathways to fund your dosis account. QRIS is our fastest entry point—scan a dynamic QR code in your dosis app or web interface, and the payment routes through your chosen bank or e-wallet instantly. e-wallet, mobile banking, and local payment are linked via account binding; once you authorise dosis to debit your wallet, deposits process in seconds.
Bank virtual accounts work differently. We generate a unique VA code linked to your dosis account; you transfer funds from your online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, or local payment home account to that VA, and the credit lands within one business day. No third-party app required—just standard online banking.
online payment and e-wallet operate on the same wallet-binding model as mobile banking and local payment. Select your preferred method in the dosis settings, confirm the authorization once, and every subsequent deposit uses your saved details.
All six pathways are subject to your bank or wallet's daily and monthly limits. If you exceed those ceilings, dosis cannot override them; you must increase your limits with your financial institution. We recommend setting up multiple payment methods so you have a fallback if one hits its cap or goes offline.
How dosis IDR withdrawal works
Withdrawals reverse your deposit path. If you funded dosis via online payment from e-wallet, your withdrawal goes back to that same mobile banking account. If you used local payment, the refund lands in your online payment balance. This "same method" rule prevents account-mixing complications and speeds up verification.
The dosis withdrawal request requires you to confirm your destination account details and the amount. We then flag your account for a standard security review—we cross-check the withdrawal amount against your current balance, recent bet history, and whether any bets are still pending settlement. This review typically takes a few hours during business days. On public holidays like Idul Fitri or Idul Adha, processing may extend longer.

Once approved, the dosis back-office sends your withdrawal to your bank or wallet. e-wallet reversals and e-wallet refunds (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking) typically land the same day. Bank transfers to VA accounts may take one business day. We cannot accelerate these timelines because they depend on your financial institution's clearing schedule.
If your withdrawal is still pending after the stated window, contact our dosis support team with your withdrawal reference code. Occasionally, a bank's clearing system flags a large transfer, or your wallet account has reached its monthly receiving limit. Our team coordinates with your bank to resolve the hold.
dosis account verification and KYC
Your first dosis deposit may proceed without full KYC if you are a returning player and your account was previously verified. However, we require identity confirmation before your first withdrawal. This is standard anti-money-laundering practice across all regulated platforms.
Verification begins when you submit a government-issued ID (KTP, passport, or driving licence) and a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your name and address. Our dosis compliance team checks these documents against your account registration details. If they match, approval takes a few hours. If there is a discrepancy—for example, your address on the bill does not match your account—we email you and ask for clarification.
Two-factor authentication on dosis
After you verify your identity, we recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) in your dosis account settings. Each time you log in or request a withdrawal, you receive a one-time code via SMS. This blocks unauthorized access even if someone obtains your password.
dosis fees and account preferences
Deposits to dosis incur no platform fee. local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, and local payment move your money at their own rates, which are typically zero for personal transfers. Bank virtual account deposits are free. The only cost is what your bank or wallet charges for outgoing transfers, if any—and that varies by institution and account type.
Withdrawals from dosis also carry no platform fee. However, your bank or wallet may charge you a small outgoing fee on the reversal. Most Indonesian banks charge our welcome offer to our welcome offer per transfer; e-wallets are usually free.
account preferences depend on your financial institution. online payment has no dosis-imposed ceiling, but your issuing bank sets a per-transaction cap (often our welcome offerillion). e-wallet and mobile banking daily limits are typically our welcome offerillion for new users and our welcome offerillion for verified accounts. local payment VA and online payment VA have daily ceilings around our welcome offerillion. If you hit your limit, wait until the next calendar day or contact your bank to request a temporary increase.
Withdrawals are subject to the same bank limits in reverse. Additionally, dosis may place a hold on any single withdrawal above our welcome offerillion for an extra verification round. This is rare, but it can add one business day to processing.
Resolving payment disputes on dosis
If you deposit but your dosis balance does not update within the expected timeframe, do not panic. First, check your bank or wallet app to confirm the transaction actually sent. Occasionally, a payment fails silently and you see a debit without a corresponding credit to dosis.
If the payment shows as sent from your side, log into dosis and navigate to your transaction history. You should see a pending or failed deposit record. Click it and select "Report an issue." Provide your bank or wallet confirmation number (usually visible on your statement), and our dosis support team will investigate. They will contact your bank to verify the payment and either credit your account or refund your bank account within two business days.
Withdrawals rarely stall, but if yours does, reply to the dosis confirmation email with your withdrawal reference code and ask for a status update. Our team can see whether your bank has received the transfer and is processing it, or whether there is a hold. In rare cases, a bank denies the transfer due to account restrictions. We will contact you to arrange an alternative method.
During peak periods (around major football events like Liga 1 playoffs or Piala AFF final matches), our support response may take longer. We prioritise deposits over withdrawals because a stuck deposit blocks your ability to play, while a delayed withdrawal only affects your ability to cash out.
