E-Wallet Basics on dosis
An e-wallet is a digital account linked to your phone number and bank account. When you deposit to dosis using DANA, e-wallet, or mobile banking, you approve a one-time transfer, and the funds arrive in our system almost instantly. No card numbers, no routing codes—just a quick confirmation on your phone.
We offer e-wallets because they're faster than traditional bank transfers and widely used across Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, and Semarang. Many players prefer e-wallets during high-traffic periods like Liga 1 match weeks, when bank queues can slow down other payment methods.
When you select an e-wallet on dosis, the system generates a unique payment reference code or redirects you to your e-wallet app to approve the transfer. Once approved, the transaction is locked—you cannot cancel mid-flow. Deposits typically clear within subject to verification, though during peak times (Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, or major sporting events), expect a small queue.
Withdrawals using the same e-wallet method reverse the flow: you request a payout on dosis, we verify your account balance and identity, then we send the funds back to your linked e-wallet. The return typically takes 2–4 hours during business hours, though on weekends or holidays, processing may extend slightly.
local payment: Quick Deposits & Account Linking
online payment is one of our most popular e-wallet methods on dosis, especially for casual players and those new to online gaming. The app is lightweight, widely installed, and integrates smoothly with our payment gateway.
To deposit via local payment on dosis: log in to your dosis account, navigate to the deposit page, and select online payment. You'll be shown a QR code or a payment link. Scan the QR code with your e-wallet app or tap the link to open mobile banking directly. Approve the payment, and your balance updates immediately. Most players see funds credited within 30 seconds to subject to verification.
local payment withdrawals follow a similar path but in reverse. You request a withdrawal on dosis, enter the amount, and confirm your online payment phone number. We then initiate the payout, which e-wallet processes and credits to your account within a few hours. If your withdrawal request arrives after 5 p.m. on a Friday, it may queue until Monday morning, depending on mobile banking's settlement schedule.
local payment & online payment: Direct App Integration
e-wallet and mobile banking operate similarly on dosis, with one key difference: both require you to link your e-wallet account to dosis once before making transactions. This linking process is secure and involves a one-time authorization—you give dosis permission to initiate payments on your behalf, but we cannot see your balance or transaction history.
First-time users of local payment or online payment on dosis will see a "Link Account" button on the deposit page. Tap it, and you'll be redirected to e-wallet or mobile banking to confirm. You'll review the payment amount and approve it; if you decline, nothing is charged. Once approved, the link persists, so your next deposit via local payment or online payment requires only a tap and confirmation—no re-authorization needed.

For withdrawals, local payment and online payment will send the funds back to the same account you linked. dosis does not charge a withdrawal fee for e-wallet or mobile banking, but your e-wallet provider may deduct a small transaction fee depending on their current policy. Check your e-wallet app for fee details.
local payment & online payment: Wallet Top-Up Method
e-wallet and mobile banking operate on a slightly different model than local payment, online payment, and e-wallet. Instead of linking your account, you use a virtual account number (VA) provided by dosis. You then use your mobile banking or local payment app to scan the QR code or enter the VA number and transfer funds into it.
The benefit of the VA method is flexibility—you can deposit from online payment or e-wallet without pre-authorization, and you can make multiple deposits in quick succession. The downside is a small delay: VA deposits on dosis typically clear within subject to verification as our system confirms the incoming transfer with the bank partner.
Withdrawals via mobile banking or local payment follow the standard e-wallet reversal: you request a payout, dosis verifies your identity, and we initiate the transfer back to your linked account. Processing times are similar to online payment and e-wallet—usually 2–4 hours on business days.
Virtual account convenience on dosis
Our dosis virtual account system for mobile banking and local payment means you can deposit anytime without pre-approval steps. Useful for live-dealer sessions where you need funds in real time.
online payment & Bank Virtual Accounts
dosis also supports e-wallet (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard), a unified QR code system backed by Indonesia's central bank. mobile banking deposits work by scanning a single QR code from your banking app—local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or mobile banking. The system automatically routes the payment to the correct merchant account and credits your dosis wallet within minutes.
If you prefer a direct bank transfer, dosis provides virtual account numbers for local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and mobile banking. Each VA is unique to your dosis account, so when you deposit, you simply transfer the amount from your bank account to the VA number we show you. The system matches the incoming transfer to your account automatically.
Bank VA deposits are popular during Idul Fitri and Idul Adha, when families often pool money from multiple bank accounts. Virtual accounts make it easy to send funds from any bank without switching apps.
KYC Verification & Withdrawal Security
Our dosis platform uses Know Your Customer (KYC) verification to comply with Indonesian financial regulations. When you first attempt a withdrawal, you may be asked to provide your national ID number and confirm your full name. This is a one-time step; after verification, you can withdraw freely up to your account tier limits.
If your withdrawal request exceeds certain thresholds or if our fraud-detection system flags unusual activity, we may request additional documentation—a photo of your ID card or a bank statement. This review typically takes 1–2 business hours. We do not hold the documentation; we use it only to verify your identity and then discard it according to our privacy policy.
Two-factor authentication is enabled by default on all dosis accounts. When you request a withdrawal, you'll receive a one-time code via SMS to your registered phone number. Enter the code to confirm, and the withdrawal proceeds. This protects your account if someone gains access to your password.
